i’m starting to get so tired of this whole anna nicole smith thing. it’s just a massive circus that doesn’t seem to be going away. first the everything (her son dying, the paternity stuff, her dying) now the crazy crying judge who makes no sense (what was up with his random in court comments anyway?). i’m even staring to feel sorry for howard k. stern in this whole mess. really, how is he the bad guy? what proof do we have? all we have is the media casting people in traditional, bound to get attention, roles: the villain, the innocent victim, the good guy, etc. what was howard k. sterns big crime? did he let anna nicole do drugs? yes. but how exactly was he supposed to stop her? her mum tried to put her in rehab and look what happened there (i’m not defending her mum - she scares the bejesus out of me). howard k. stern just looks like a pathetic little man who loved anna (and probably couldn’t get with her) who knew that he had a free ride and wanted to hold onto it. in exchange he let her do (both person and drug wise) whatever she wanted. now, apparently, howard k. sterns lawyers have done a “secret” paternity test and discovered that Larry Birkhead (so creepy!) is the babby daddy - it all reaks of weird random cover up to me. she wasn’t an angel, she wasn’t a good person, and she didn’t seem like a good mum (if those starving the new baby so it would be “sexy” rumors are true) - and what the fuck is the deal with the clown make-up video? why isn’t anyone trying to get the low down on that?? i don’t know, i’m just so tired of this whole thing - we’re never going to get the full/true story so why is there still so much interest.

Ah baby penguins. So much better. I thought your title was “Anus” at first glance ahaha. I think Howard K. Stern is the evil that the media portrays him to be. I don’t think he really loved her and I think he was always motivated by the hopes of getting more cash from associating with her. I think he didn’t try to help her drug problem he enabled her because he didn’t want her questioning him and choosing to be with others and she made an easier puppet if she was so doped up she was barely aware of her surroundings. I think he wanted Daniel dead because he knew that the will did not give everything to Danni-Lynn but to Daniel. He probably even drew up the will as her lawyer (not sure about that though-if the will was drawn up while he was still acting as her lawyer). With Daniel out of the picture he knew that the inheiritance would be in question in court after Anna died and hey, he’s a lawyer, how convenient for him to know just how these things work. As Anna’s new husband (kind of) he would have an excellent chance of being the one to get all the cash with the will in contest. Him and Danni-Lynn (or however you spell it). He definately wants to be the father too cause it makes it that much easier to make his case for the money, hence a potential cover up if he can make it happen if Larry Birkhead really is the father. There is waaaay too much motivational circumstance pointing at him for me to think otherwise.

i think you’re giving anna nicole smith far too much credit when you say that h.k.s kept her doped up so she wouldn’t question him. with or without drugs i don’t think she was very smart. also, she was with a number of different guys at once (as the babby daddy contest of 2007 proves) so obviously if h.k.s was trying to have control over her he was doing a pretty shit job.
