Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is an Idiot

September 24, 2007 by Brian

Today at Columbia University in NYC, the Iranian President again questioned that the Holocaust occurred, claimed that women in his country have equal rights….and declared that gays don’t exist in his country, they only exist in the west.

Chimp Beatdown

July 4, 2007 by youmybabydaddy

From www.hollywoodrag.com:

Chimp Beaten on ‘Speed Racer’ Set Anger PETA — Christina Ricci’s latest film has sparked outrage following allegations a chimpanzee was beaten on set.

The chimp is said to have bitten an actor on the set of ‘Speed Racer’, which reportedly resulted in the animal being hit.

PETA has written to producer Joel Silver urging him to stop using live animals in his movies.

The chimp bit someone. Does the little bastard not deserve a smack? I’m sure it was not like they got him on the ground and kicked the crap out of him. He probably got a little tap and now PETA is all over that shit. Sometimes they just take things a little far. If anything they shouldn’t be using live animals cause actors get bit, not cause the chimp got a little naughty boy spank. Jesus. I think the bite probably hurt a hell of a lot more. I claim human rights on this one. You should be able to work without some chimp taking a chunk out of you. Here’s the chimp’s reaction to this whole situation:

chimp_gun.jpg

See what we have driven them too? Today’s society even causes primates to go on homicidal rampages. He’s saying, “Smack me again bitch. I dare you.”

So does PETA not want humans to interact with animals at all? So no pets cause pets can bite too? I don’t understand where they draw the line or why they don’t think there are more important battles to be fought. Have you seen what happens overseas? These movie set animals are nothing compared to dancing bears kept in small cages with chains cut into their noses and trust me, I have seen it all. I think they just fight every battle but they just end up looking like a big whiny pain in the ass of an organization when they don’t just focus on more serious concerns. And no, I don’t consider a serious concern to be some chimp getting a disiplinary whack like you see mothers giving to their kids in grocery stores pretty much everyday.

Annoyance of the Day #48832901

People are freaking cause of this picture Rosie O’Donnell posted of her daughter on her website.  The most common reactions include accusing her of promoting war to her kids (uh hello, she is overly outspoken about her liberal beliefs and how much she is against the war dumbasses) or saying that this was a really dangerous act in putting bullets around her kid.  Okay all you morons, do you think bullets just discharge in thin air?  I’ve played with kinder eggs more dangerous than those.  Jesus.  Untangle your panties and get something better to spazz about.  How is this controversial? Want to see pictures of dead children on the streets of Lebanon?  Maybe that might make the fuckwits realize there is more to worry about than Rosie’s kids and her choices in photography.  Now back to much more interesting celebrity gossip…

PS-I think it’s a really cool pic and there is nothing wrong with teaching your children about the world instead of sheltering them under the umbrella of American wealth.  That’s just my completely ridiculous opinon.

And the Gays are Gay!

June 14, 2007 by Brian

Massachusetts is currently the only state in the US that allows gay/lesbian marriage. This outraged the phobics and there has been a movement to repeal the court decree just about since day one (with the help of our former friendly leader and now presidential candidate, Mitt Romney).

Today our state congress had a vote to put the issue of gay/lesbian marriage on the ballot. Here’s the run-down: If a vote to put the measure on the ballot passes in two subsequent sessions, then it would go on the ballot state-wide next election (i.e. this November). It had already passed the first session last year, so today’s vote was very important.

Well, it was denied. So we won’t be able to vote all the gays in a box and push them over a waterfall.

Where your tax dollars go…

April 30, 2007 by youmybabydaddy

Nice.  Just in time for tax day.  Taxes are due today in Canada anyway and our money pretty much gets squandered as well.  The US pretty much focuses on world domination and we pretty much focus on giving the money away to our laziest and most leechy segment of the population being the quazi-socialists that we are.  YAY taxes!  I just threw the cheque in the mail and I’m going to kill myself now.  Goodbye cruel world.

Now that’s just getting mean…This post sponsored by Toyota and Coca-Cola

Fall Out Boy has delayed their tour by about a month for “health reasons” almost as if they are referring to just one band member in particular and the fact that it isn’t anything serious, more like exhaustion. Hmmm. Anyway, I have recently become a little disappointed with their selling out. I have no problem with success and I always want that for them but they have so many commercial endorsements they might have Tag Body Spray scented farts or Amp’d Mobile tattooed on their foreheads. Next time Pete overdoses he’s going to have to do it in a Civic instead of the Ford Tempo (or whatever it was)or Honda might sue his ass. What the hell else are they selling cause I can’t even keep track. Anyway, I thought I’d have a little laugh at how some are reacting to the recent news of their tour changes. Enjoy:

Does it really take two weeks to untangle the manpile?

Honda wouldn’t supply them with enough Tag Body Spray to meet their demands.

Peter must have an STD. Being the cool guy that he is, he wants it to clear up before going on the road and screwing some underage skank.Kudos to Pete for being thoughtful.

Personal Issues? What did his boyfriend dump him?

Chickity China the Chinese chicken.

The tour is delayed cause I gave Mark Hoppus the hiv-Pete Wentz, Unofficial Spokesman

tbjbjpic.jpgBilly Jack 1971

top 5 reasons why you should feel bad if you haven’t seen this movie yet

1-Billy Jack is a protector of all mankind and animal kind. He is a half white half native american green beret vietnam war veteran karate master.

2-In the movie he goes through some ritual where he gets a rattle snake to bite him three times - i think there are hallucinations that follow this

3- These are lines from the song that comes on four or five times during the movie maybe more- but it’s so awesome you are like “Yea its time to rock out again”

Go ahead and hate your neighbor; go ahead and cheat a friend. Do it in the name of heaven; you can justify it in the end. There won’t be any trumpets blowin’ come the judgment day On the bloody morning after, one tin soldier rides away

4- He protects a school/hippie commune named Freedom school- At this school all they teach is improv theater and there are alot of plays throughout the movie- my favourite one is where they pull out guns in the city park during the day

5-And this video clip

There are four Billy jack movies in total with a fifth one about bush and the iraq war supposedly coming out. Its going to be called “Billy Jack’s Moral revolution”. All of the movies were written and directed by Tom Laughlin who plays Billy Jack. He also cast his wife in all the movies in the one that i watched she got raped which is creepy since he wrote it. There is a box set out there of this and i want it. There are so many good things about it I could write forever. Oh just a warning i think in the opening credits you can see a horse falling off of a cliff.

V for Vhat the Fuck was that?

March 13, 2007 by youmybabydaddy

Okay peoples, did you see V for Vendetta? The movie to me was just meh. I love Natalie Portman. It had that going for it. Other than that, just meh. It also had disgustingly obvious political commentary that I didn’t expect. How did I never hear of this? Have I been living under a rock? Or locked in a basement somewhere? Oh, hold on, I DO live in a basement. This explains everthing. Anyway, I am a little late seeing this movie and a little late hearing of this movie and its blatant criticism of the Bush administration, but do any of you know what I am talking about? Did you see the movie? What the hell is it suggesting? It is set in Britain for one thing and the storyline and the whole bit is supposed to be from the original comic book or some shit, but they twisted certain things to make it a satire of modern times. Like, BTN their television network that broadcasts government propaganda and lies to ensure the public does not learn the truth about certain things. Did the creators of the movie think that the audience is so stupid that they had to make it so alarmingly obvious that they were referring to CNN? Like oh um gee maybe we should make the name of the station sound like CNN otherwise the audience may not get that we are saying. Duh. Yeah, I got it. What I didn’t get was what was the message of the movie? Are you trying to entertain me by making a movie version of some comic book story or are you trying to be Michael Moore? Are you trying to enlighten me as to how corrupt government is cause I already fucking know that and if your audience doesn’t then why are you trying to draw them in with some comic book nonsense to teach them some higher lesson when they have clearly been living with heads firmly planted in their anus? And what the eff are you trying to tell us to do about all this? What is your suggestion? Should the American people rise up and start strapping bombs to themselves a la Al Qada or are you saying that Al Qada is justified in what they are doing to America? If you are going to get into this then wrap it up in a nice little package, don’t just make a statement that has already been made a million times and then tie it in with this story and not make it clear how it relates to how the story ends. That just makes it seem like they thought it was cool to add some political commentary and that’s it. Let’s take a few jabs and create some controversy even though we won’t actually do anything good with it in the end. By the way, there was some horrible acting in this movie too. Not by Natalie Portman though, oh hellllllll no. She put Britney to shame with the Sinead look. Pretty hot, Britney not. Sorry, sidetracked there. Anyway, what I took away from the movie is that Al Qada is justified in doing what they do since sometimes for your cause innocent people have to die for the greater good. Somehow I don’t think this is what the people involved intended, but that’s what they were saying to me. They were pointing out that the US government is way corrupt and someone needs to do something to stop it and guess who is trying right now using the terrorism that the movie recommends? V launched a Jihad on their ass and even died for the cause. So someone please tell me what else I was supposed to take away from this bundle of crap, cause that’s all I got. Oh yeah, and the creator of the original comic wasn’t even happy that they turned his plot into some political commentary. The comic was anarchy vs. fascism but bringing the modern elements into it screws that all up and makes it look like terrorism is what we need right now. Whaaaa? In other words it has no message cause it is just a jumble of commentary that doesn’t actually end up saying much. Time well wasted by shite movies once again.

Okay, so next she gets a tattoo and then it’s off to rehab… Ooops, wrong storyline.

Yet another reason why I am getting a Mac next time around

Steve Jobs is the man.  He knows what we want from technology and how companies can always come up with innovative solutions to make a profit.  He also seems to know when those so-called innovative solutions have so many shortfalls that they aren’t even worth the effort.  I didn’t know much about DRM until people started complaining about Windows Vista and here are some deets if you are just as clueless as me.  Speaking of digital music, have I mentioned that I miss my iPod?
