go here, scroll down and watch. do it, do it now. i wept with happiess and excitement when i watched it, no joke. i cannot wait. when i first heard about the movie i was worried because i wasn’t really sure that it could live up to the book or that, and it hurts me to say this, michael cera would make a good nick. based on the trailer it seems like the story has been changed just enough to make everything perfect. here’s a rundown of my “yay!” moments from the trailer:
- the actress playing norah is perfect (perfect!!!)
- michael cera playing guitar - hubba hubba
- jay baruchel!
- the members of “the jerk offs” (nicks band) = perfect!
- basically ever second of the trailer
i’m going to go sit outside my local theatre and wait for this to come out on october third. you think i’m joking but i’m not.

Here’s what you need: Cleaning products that don’t have phosphates, don’t have harsh chemicals that make your lungs burn (I seriously think I did some damage with the shit I’ve been using), don’t test on animals, come in recycled packaging, have no animal products (other than beeswax-oh boo hoo poor bees-who gives a shit about those stinging bastards anyway, really) and supposedly smell good and work well too. Sounds like a miracle for us tree huggers doesn’t it? I’m impressed even if you’re not anyway and I’m gonna get me some. Two sister companies, Mrs. Meyers and Caldrea have some good stuff. Their packaging is even cute and for the looks-obsessed that is important damn it! See here:
How cute. I know, like OMG. Caldrea goes for the shishi look and Mrs. Meyers is just soaked in kitcsh. Take your pick. Both have very similar products with different scents. Shoot your wad (or spend it, maybe that would be nicer) at www.mrsmeyers.com or www.caldrea.com. Caldrea has carriers in Canada, Mrs. Meyers does not. There we go being inferior again, eh? Anyway, these mofos have laundry detergent even! They have everything. Never get bleach eye stinging, skin blistering, lungs begging for mercy again! Whoo hoo! isaiah washington finally got fired from grey’s anatomy! i’m so happy about this. apparently he’s not though, he issued the following statement through his rep:
I’m mad as hell and I’m not going to take it anymore.
what the hell does that even mean? he’s the one who’s done all the bad stuff how is he trying to turn himself into the victim.
i will now sit back and enjoy his rapid downward slide into degradation and anonymity.
